The General Overseer and President, Christ Mercyland Deliverance Ministry, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin has said that criticisms from the public would not deterred him from impacting positively on the lives of the people.
The man of God stated this Monday when members of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ), Warri Correspondents Chapel visited him on in his church in Effurun.
Christ Mercyland is one of the fastest growing Pentecostal churches in Delta State that is located by the Benin expressway.
According to Fufeyin, “Critics are indirect promoters, it only spur and encouraged me to do more for the people.”
He said the ministry which started about six years ago had more than 850 workforce in it’s employment.
“I enjoy giving and that is the hallmark of religion, I will not allow criticism to affect my giving, in fact, people will always criticise, so critics are indirect promoters.
“This ministry started about six years ago when God called me to go and start it, and we have been at this new site for about three years now to develop at this level.
“Many have asked, how can God do great things like this and I replied that the finger of God can do anything. The finger of God can make a man who is nobody to become somebody in a second.
“The Bible says we should practice love because it is the greatest, today the finger of God is seeing here and we have over 850 persons working under this ministry,’ he said.
Fufeyin urged people to give their life to God noting that everyone would be accountable for his deeds on earth on the day of reckoning.
