The spokesperson of IPDI Comrade Daniel Ezekiel was allegedly 
abducted by unknown uniform men in Warri on the 3rd August, 2016. Since his abduction the where about of Ezekiel is unknown. He has been incommunicado. Daniel Ezekiel is just facing witch hunt. Just recently he accused an APC leader of betrayal over Simeon Bebenimibo’s arrest.
This is why they are witch hunting him. Simeon, and Bomboy had been released, why should Daniel be arrested, is it because he blows the whistle. We suspect the APC self-effacing leader to have kidnap Comrade Daniel Ezekiel.
He was given life threat by Gbaramatu APC leader, Micheal Johnny the 20th July,2016. We blow the alarm over the threat on vanguard newspaper on July 22n, 2016.
He is innocent of what ever the aim of his abduction, Our fear is that we have not hear from him since his abduction, whether he is dead that is what we not know.
Since on the 3rd, we been calling his number but it remains switch off. We are afraid over his life, let him not be killed like Dele Giwa and Bola Ige. His abductors did not disclose reason of his abduction.
This type of kidnapping arrest is very unlawful. Somebody could be killed unlawful and tomorrow they can freely deny.
The abduction were meant to intimidated him, and such is provocative and baseless.
He is innocent of whatever aim of his abduction. The offence Daniel committed was that he shouted and accused APC Okerenkoko self- facing leader over Simeon Bebenimibo’s and Bomboy Oluba arrests. They had been released. Their release exonerate or vindicate Daniel.
We want the public to be aware of this witch hunt. We call on well meaning Nigerians, civil society groups and amnesty international to intervene. The IGP and chief of army staff should do justice to investigate this abduction. We demand for his immediate release.
