The present Acting Inspector General of Police, IBRAHIM IDRIS has cost Nigeria between 17 and 20 senior police officers. In Buhari choosing him, all of his seniors and betters had to be retired. Many believe his role in “delivering” 3 million votes to Buhari in Kano (Buhari won by 2.5 million votes) may have dictated his being chosen. Furthermore, his role or lack thereof in the killing of the INEC returning officer and his family, (a gruesome murder of the man in charge of the most votes delivered and his family is unsolved and untalked about today.
The police in charge of the state is rewarded with the position of AIG. Okay!!!) is also said to have been factored enough to warrant the loss by Nigeria of 20 trained and experienced police officers, all of whom will immediately cost Nigeria millions upon millions in retirement benefits and pensions without contributing a single muscle to the economy and security. It is Otega Emerhor, his gubernatorial opponent that is first visited before the governor. OKAY!
