President Mahammadu Buhari is my man, but he has fucked up. And I must point out his fuck ups to him in order to do what is right in the future. I render my sincere apology in advance to the admin of this group for this post, as I pour out the bitterness in my heart. Verbal abuses might be uttered out into this post. And may God Almighty bless the patient reader who would take his/her time to read through this nonsense of a post.
In Africa, instead of dealing with the cause of a problem, people rather deal with the problem that problem causes, completely forgetting that the cause of that problem lingers behind so quietly, waiting for an opportunity to strike in the future, even harder than the first one. Until we learn how to deal with the causes of a problem, problem will never depart from Nigeria.
President Buhari is now fighting corruption instead of the causes of corruption. By the time he must have finished fighting the perceived corruption war, the cause of corruption must have added more corruption to the battle, making the war against corruption an endless and a fruitless war. It is as simple as fighting Malaria with Malaria drugs instead of eliminating the mosquitoes in your room that causes malaria, in order to avoid future outbreak.
On fuel scarcity, when fuel scarcity first broke out, this administration went straight to solve the problem of the fuel scarcity, instead of solving the problem that causes fuel scarcity. As we speak now, the Scarcity is back and has strike much harder than the first one. When you do not solve the causes of the problem and go ahead to solve the problem itself, the causes will continue to inflict more problem for you to solve. They say the circle goes on. It does have end. Break the circle. The round movement would come to an end.
Lassa Fever broke out in Nigeria, instead of dealing with the cause of this problem (Rats), The ministry of health was rather waiting for retrovirus drugs that would be used to cure Lassa fever. By the time these drugs arrive Nigeria, more outbreak of Lassa fever must have been confirmed, killing Nigerians in their hundreds, because the rats are still very much available to cause more fever across Nigeria.
On Fulani Cattle Herdsmen crisis. In trying to solve this Fulani herdsmen crisis, ravaging all over the country, the president has decided to use problems to solve a problem. How? By trying to set up a grazing areas across Nigerian, instead of setting up laws to banned grazing in Nigeria. When you set up grazing areas, you are trying to cause more conflicts, confusion, strife, and bloodshed among the Fulani herdsmen. It is like bringing a large group of people to feed on one dead lion.
Question: How many of this cattle owners pay taxes for their cattle?
Answer: None.
Question: How much of details does the government have of these cattle owners across Nigeria?
Answer: None.
Reason why is that; these cattle owners buy cattle and hand them over to their employee (herdsmen) to go graze anywhere. They move from North to South, East to West, destroying farmlands in the name of grazing, without paying taxes.
It hurts me when i see our educated legislators from the south, even from our dear Delta state, all crying the terror of Fulani herdsmen menace, causing harvok across our communities, and then trying to blame the President for these Fulani headsmen.. Is Buhari the one making laws in your state? What are they doing to find a proper solution that would create revenue and employment for the state, putting these Fulani herdsmen in check? They spend the state’s money to travel overseas with their aids in name of training, to make learn how to make good laws that will befit the people. What laws are they now making?.. Even with all their level of education and training, They are all being useless and senseless. They are not using their thinking caps, but using their looting caps. They are all shameless for being so blind to see opportunities that would have solved this Fulani headsmen crisis and create more jobs for the people to alleviate the poverty of delta state.
We should rather be putting up laws to allow cattle owners to raise their cattle in their Ranch, which must be certify by the authority. This would create more employments, generate revenue for the state, because they (Cattle Owners) would be paying taxes for such things, and it would save lives, conflicts, confusing and striving. It would also save so much of the National treasury being spent to import grass from Brazil. When cattle are being raise in ranches, the cattle owners would employ more workers who would be involve in going out to cut grasses to bring to the ranch to feed this cattle or buy grass locally made for feeding of cattle since these cows cannot roam to find grasses as they are being confined in the Ranch. Our people would start seeing the usefulness of grass farming like the Americans. People would start selling grasses as it would then be of a value. The Lives being loss in Agutu community would have been avoided if these laws were in place.
American and the western world saw the important of this many years ago, they banned grazing and allow farmers to raise their cattle in ranches to avoid conflict between herdsmen, between land owners and headsmen, to also generate revenue and employ for their state. And also to take records of all cattle owners, their staffs and the numbers of cattle they have in their ranch. Because they pay taxes according to the numbers of cattle they have.
Finally for those who keep standing with president Buhari, Goodluck Jonathan, Senators so on and so forth should continue do so with ignorance, E.g:- (#I_STAND_WITH_BUHARI). Even when Buhari is in the office or meeting sitting, you are somewhere standing. Even when he is eating or in a jet flying abroad, you are somewhere standing. What are you standing for? continue to stand. Is it a crime for them to stand with Nigeria? How many people have come out to say#I_STAND_WITH_NIGERIA?
This is not a biff against Buhari. I still have confidence in his administration. I hope he does the right thing that will create a lasting peace and achievement for Nigeria. Not temporary ones
