I’m often asked this question and the answers came clearly to me today.
WHAT IS the book “IN THE LIGHT OF TRUTH” “The Grail message” all about?. (Hereafter called The Message)
So YOU know what- after I wrote this long answer that came to me so clearly today (maybe because I wanted to explain it to my loved one) I decided to post it on Facebook.
Basically this is my answer.
The Grail message is a book.
It is a book that explains life and creation.
It is a book that helps you understand Christ and his mission.
Wearers of the equal armed cross- this is why they are called cross bearers – are people who have read the Grail message and have learnt from it.
They have simply read the message and decided to worship in the way it teaches us how to.
The reason the hall of worship is generally closed to people who have not read the message is because what is the point of worshipping with people who are not like minded?
Let them worship in the way that they wish – e.g Loud happy clappy or in other ways and let this way of worship be CHOSEN by people who decide to choose and worship in this way.
Ie: serene, quiet, reading lectures, classical music, men on one side, women on the other, conservative dress code, lots of flowers, in beauty. looking at the equal armed cross and not at the cross of crucifixion- which seems more like a glorification of the murder of the Son of God
although I understand that some people see the gory cross of crucifixion with the image of Christ nailed to the cross as a reminder of men’s sin. (Which I personally feel is a more accurate way to look at it).
Ie: because we were so arrogant and sinful The Almighty sent his son to teach us and we men Murdered him!
-Back to what The Message talks about-
The Message talks about the Laws in creation which Christ also discussed but he did not discuss in detail (remember he constantly referred to the fact that his time was short- ie what I tell you I tell you in part: ie – he’s CLEARLY saying he couldn’t tell us everything now)!
An example of a Law that is discussed in the Grail message that Christ also discussed was the Law of reaping and sowing – this is an eternal and unchanging law. But Christ spoke as if he was talking to children because he was teaching people things they clearly never knew or heard before so he taught with stories and “parables” but it’s the same message- what u sow u will reap.
2. The message introduces us to the Son of Man- who Christ also talked about.
3. Fundamental differences and perhaps controversial topics discussed in the Grail Message – maybe these are what scare people away from reading the book-
ARE:
1. Readers of the Grail message believe that Christ’s death was a MURDER not a blessing!
His coming to Earth WAS a blessing BUT he did NOT come to DIE he came TO TEACH people about the Almighty Father. Show them the way back home to his fathers kingdom. THAT was his mission!! NOT TO COME and Die for people’s sins- I mean seriously think about it- The Almighty sent his son all the way down to just come and be murdered and wash away people’s sins with his blood ???
OR the Almighty Father Sent his son down to TEACH human beings about him, TEACH us about good and bad, talk to human beings about this beautiful place called heaven , show them the way there ?????!!!!
Is it not better to understand that actually Christ was just so determined and prepared to do his mission that he was willing to die. So he would bring the message from his father Even if he knew human beings would kill him he STILL Came to FULFILL his mission even if that meant being murdered like a thief and criminal??
This is why he said father forgive them for they know not what they do.
Nonetheless the message explains that NOTHING can change the rules of the Almighty so For example – if u sow good ie: if u do good things u will reap good if u sow or do bad things u will reap BAD and Christ’s death will NOT help u or stop u from facing the consequences of ur actions!!! for what a man sows he will reap!!!
You can only TRY to be Christlike, live your life in accordance with the teachings and lessons he brought! Not say because he was murdered on the cross you are magically saved. I believe this is a fundamental error.
2. Second fundamental difference between wearers of the equal armed cross and typical modern day Christians or shall I distinguish these type of Christians as wearers of the cross of crucifixion which GLORIFIES the murder of the SON of the ALMIGHTY father is that-
Typical Christians ( wearers of the cross of crucifixion) believe that CHRIST and The SON OF MAN are the same person!
In the Grail message we are made aware that These are TWO very SEPARATE people.
Even the Bible and CHRIST himself said on many occasions that the SON of Man would come.
“And lead you into all truth”
He said many times- “but when the son of Man is come he will lead u into all truth. ”
So obviously he – The Son of God and the Son of Man are two very separate people!!!!
But for some dogmatic reason Christianity as defined by the churches and various people involved in collating the bible seem to have decided on THEIR own, NOT because of the words of Christ, but also perhaps due to a misunderstanding from the disciples ( I believe this error was first mentioned by Paul in his letter to the Corinthians)
That THE SON of GOD and THE SON Of MAN are the same person!
but look at the words – do they look the same? Common sense would tell u they are not.
Christ himself told us they are TWO different people .
3. The message also talks to us about INTUITION –
It talks to us about the human spirit and tells us to actually listen to the voice within us (that comes from a particular now underdeveloped) part of the back brain
that if we learn to cultivate this inner voice it WILL always guide us right.
I mean how do we know internally what is right and wrong? What is that voice that tells us when to pick up that thing? when to avoid a certain way ? and NOTE when we ignore it usually causes some sort of unpleasantness, sadness or mishap.
That voice we learn- is our intuition and is SEPARATE to our intellect.
The intellect is the cunning one. The one that measures and examines things, the one that plans and arranges, the one that calculates and ponders on things- should we shouldn’t we…. Etc. The intellect is needed on Earth the intuition is spiritual.
The intuition – is a clear knowing feeling, a message, a picture in our mind, a moment of clarity, an epiphany…
That’s all for today- just wanted to finally answer the questions from my friends ie so what exactly does the Grail Message talk about?
Those are some main major things and I thought I would share.
You can always pick up the book on Amazon ( usually a second hand copy) or ask a friend who you know would know where to get a copy or go to a Grail centre throughout the world and pick up a copy and read for urself.
It’s a book. Plain and simple. That u can read and I have outlined some subject matter above.
