According to updated domestic debt stock, as at December 2015, Delta State tops with outrageous N320.6billion debt, followed by Lagos, N218.5 billion and Akwa Ibom state, N147.6 billion, while the least are Anambra, N3.6 billion followed by Yobe state,N3.8 billion and Sokoto N11.6 billion
