The Uvwie General Improvement Union(UGIU) has accused the management of the Petroleum Training Institute for “its orchestrated and calculated acts designed” to undermine the authority of the revered Uvwie Monarch, HRM Emmanuel E. Sideso Abe 1, JP OON
In a letter to the PTI Principal, the UGIU President General, Chief Hope Erute noted that during the fiftieth anniversary of the PTI held in Abuja, the banner advertising the ceremony conspicuously omitted Effurun, the host community.
He said the more disturbing and contemptuous than that omission was that the Orodje of Okpe and Olu of Warri were officially invited as having authority over the Uvwie community.
