According to the police, the mother of the one month old baby did not give birth for seven years after her marriage hence the family decided to get another wife for her husband leading to the marriage of Bara\u2019atu .<\/p>\n<p>It was, however, gathered when the marriage to Bara\u2019atu was to be conducted it was discovered that the first wife was pregnant with the one month old baby. She subsequently gave birth to a son to Bara&#8217;atu&#8217;s chagrin.<\/p>\n<p>Consequently, at about 10pm on Thursday night, Bara\u2019atu sneaked into her co-wife room and picked the one month old child and thereafter cut off his penis and testicles.
