In the Veteran Doubles final, Biodun Akinlotan and Yomi Taiwo beat Adeoye Adesoye and Dapo Adegoke 6-3,3-6, 6-0.<\/p>\n<p>Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Nigeria Breweries Limited, Mr Nicolaas Velverde, who was represented at the tournament by the Public Affairs Manager of the company, Mr. Tayo Adelaja, described the standard of the tournament as high. He added that Nigeria could make a statement in world tennis if the talents were nurtured appropriately.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI am highly impressed with what I saw during the tournament. There are players with the ability to develop and rank among world best players but they need to be exposed to top class training facility and classy trainer.
