Edward Austrian kept getting a sore throat \u2013 revealing his \u201cshot was hurting\u201d \u2013 and was convinced he was previously a World War I soldier who met his grisly end in the trenches.<\/p>\n

Doctors couldn\u2019t find the cause of his sore throat, but removed his tonsils as a precautionary measure.<\/p>\n

Edward then developed a cyst in his throat that mysteriously disappeared when he was coaxed into divulging more details about his alleged previous life.<\/p>\n
