There is a rare and special celestial occurrence that will be happening just after sunset on June 30, 2015. On June 30th, 2015, the same conjunction that happened when Yeshua was born, known as the \u201cstar of Bethlehem\u201d will happen AGAIN in the night sky. The two planets, Venus and Jupiter will spend eight evenings within 2\u00b0 of each other from June 27th through July 4th. Astronomers refer to a close celestial pair-up like this as a conjunction.
\nThis rare conjunction\/pairing of Jupiter and Venus coming this close to each other so that they appear to be on top of one another has not happened like this since the birth of Yeshua.
\nAnother major sign is that this conjunction of the two planets happens in the constellation of Leo the Lion, also known as the \u201cLion of Judah\u201d. What makes this celestial conjunction so amazing is not only are Venus and Jupiter looking as if they are almost touching just like the star of Bethlehem, but the conjunction is happening with Regulus, (the \u201cKing\u201d star). The star, Regulus, is shown just below the mane of the lion, pictured below.

\nHere are a couple of scriptures that connect with what we will be seeing in the night sky:
\nJudah is a lion\u2019s whelp. My son, you have risen up from the prey; he stoops, he crouches like a lion; and like a lioness, who can rouse him? Gen 49:9
\nThe scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor the lawmaker from between his feet, until He comes to whom it belongs (Shiloh) and the obedience of the people to him. Gen 49:10
\nWe see this prophecy is about the Messiah and indicates He was from the Tribe of Judah; the scripture goes on to say that the scepter will not depart from Judah nor a lawgiver from BETWEEN HIS FEET, exactly as we see pictured above in the night sky with the convergence of the two planets resting just below the feet of the lion constellation!
\nHowever, we must pray and seek the Lord to get understanding on the meaning of this celestial phenomenon. Is this a sign of the soon return of Yeshua?
\nSo, what is the night sky telling us? The Lion of Judah is coming soon to rule and reign and to set things right. The kingdoms of this world are beginning to wobble and topple (notably, the Greece economy, and the Eurozone behind it). The kingdoms of this world are beginning to descend into a slimy and dark pit of lawlessness (notably the recent US Supreme Court decision on Gay Marriage). The kingdoms of this world are getting ready to carve up Israel and serve up a Palestinian state (notably, the Pope signing a treaty with the state of Palestine and the upcoming UN Security Council vote, slated for September).
\nSo, here is the GOOD NEWS! I believe this stunning stellar display in the sky with the brilliance of two planets converging at the feet of the Lion of Judah, with the Regulus king star is sending us a message: that Yeshua is our KING, He is our LAWGIVER, He is the giver of the Torah, He is the Torah made flesh. In His first coming, He came as a lamb to be slaughtered, He was the \u201clamb of God\u201d that took away the sins of the world, but in His second coming, He will come as the Lion of Judah:
\nFor thus Yahweh has spoken to me:
\n\u201cAs a lion roars,
\nAnd a young lion over his prey
\n(When a multitude of shepherds is summoned against him,
\nHe will not be afraid of their voice
\nNor be disturbed by their noise),
\nSo Yahweh of hosts will come down
\nTo fight for Mount Zion and for its hill.
\nIsaiah 31:4
\nThe star Regulus, points us to \u201cthe King of Kings\u201d who will soon be ruling and reigning, Yeshua our Messiah! Even as the kingdoms of this world are degrading, Yeshua\u2019s kingdom will soon be here; He will rule from Mt Zion and every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that He is Lord!
\nThe planet, Venus, is known as the \u201cbright morning star\u201d, and points us to Yeshua:
\nI, Yeshua, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star.\u201d Rev. 22:16

Jupiter: [tzedek] = the call for justice and righteousness.
\nIn light of the recent US Supreme Court decision on gay marriage, this could be message from the night sky from the Father of all lights; calling for true justice and righteousness. And, when Yeshua returns, His true justice and righteousness WILL be established!
\nAnd here is the final clincher! During the same week that we will be seeing this phenomenon in the night sky, in this week\u2019s torah portion, we have the story of Balaam. Recall that Balaam was the prophet who was hired to speak a curse against Israel, but instead, speaks out blessing. This is what he had this to say in his final prophesy:
\n\u201cAnd now, see, I am going to my people. Come, let me advise you what this people is going to do to your people in the latter days. And he took up his proverb and said, \u201cThe saying of Balaam, son of Beor, and the saying of the man whose eyes are opened, the saying of him who hears the words of El, and knows the knowledge of the Most High, who sees the vision of the Almighty, who falls down, with eyes opened wide: \u201cI see Him, but not now; I observe Him, but not near. A Star shall come out of Jacob, and a Sceptre shall rise out of Israel, and shall smite the corners of Moab and shall destroy all the sons of Sheth. And Edom shall be a possession; and Seir shall be a possession\u2013enemies\u2013and Israel is doing mightily. And out of Jacob one shall rule and destroy the remnant from Ar.
