Service of songs will hold today at his resident in Bendel Estate, Ugborikoko<\/p>\n<p>Chief Okoro who was currently rounding up his PHD programme at the Department of History and International Studies on Military and Strategic studies was the Managing Director of Sprinco Ventures Limited<\/p>\n<p>He is reputed to be humble in character with a passion for education, promoter of peace, honest and friendly personality.<\/p>\n<p>In a tribute the Unuevworo of Ekpan, Chief Peter U.
