The member representing Okpe, Sapele, Uvwie Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Evelyn Oboro has demanded for adequate budgetary provision for the Federal University of Petroleum Resources(FUPRE), Effurun in the 2018 appropriation bill in compliance with the FUPRE Act just as\u00a0 Urhobo Liberation Force(ULF) threatens to cripple Oil and Gas facilities in Urhobo land over the issue<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Hon. Oboro who is also a senatorial aspirant made this known under matters of personal explanation, said the house had on Wednesday 20th December, 2017 resolved for adequate budgetary provision in the 2018 appropriation bill for the smooth takeoff of the Federal University of Petroleum Resources, Effurun, Delta state.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

She warned that failure by the Federal Government and National Assembly to implement the provisions of the FUPRE Act will amount to a breach of the law.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
