He is in his 70&#8217;s and an ENT specialist. It was astonishing to listen to one of his experiences which he shared. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"7jkgg-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"7jkgg-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"7jkgg-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"4bpb4-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4bpb4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4bpb4-0-0\">That morning one day he had a problem on waking up. He had an urge to pass urine but for some reason he was unable to do so. At an advanced age some people face such a problem some times and if they try two or three times they may succeed. He tried repeatedly but nothing happened. His continuous efforts didn\u2019t bear any result. Now his lower abdomen became heavy and he was unable to sit or stand and was suffering from the pressure buildup. Immediately he called up a known urologist on the phone and explained his situation. The Urologist replied \u201cI am at present in a hospital in the outskirts and I will be at a clinic in your area in one and a half hours. Will you be able to withstand it for that long?\u201d He replied \u201cI will try\u201d. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"mnia-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"mnia-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"mnia-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"47e8n-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"47e8n-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"47e8n-0-0\">At that instant he received an incoming call from another allopathy doctor, a childhood friend. With great difficulty the old doctor explained the situation to his friend. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"dmlnj-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"dmlnj-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"dmlnj-0-0\">His friend replied \u201cOh, your bladder is full and you are unable to pass urine. Don\u2019t worry, do as I suggest and you will be able to overcome it\u201d. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"2v597-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"2v597-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"2v597-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"545bp-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"545bp-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"545bp-0-0\">And he gave the instruction: \u201cStand up and jump vigorously \u2026 while jumping lift both your hands as though you are plucking mangoes from a tree. Do that 15 to 20 times\u201d.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"4ci2c-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4ci2c-0-0\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"d092-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"d092-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"d092-0-0\">What? <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"esoau-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"esoau-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"esoau-0-0\">With a full bladder he wants me to jump? <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"97lcr\" data-offset-key=\"fhh3t-0-0\">\n<div data-offset-key=\"fhh3t-0-0\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fhh3t-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fhh3t-0-0\">Though a little sceptical the old doctor tried it. What a relief to him when within 5 to 6 jumps urine started passing.
