Francesca Okere, told the court that the accused committed the offence on Sept. 12 at the above-mentioned address.<\/p>\n<p>She said that the accused lured the complainant into his room under the pretext of helping her to charge her phone\u2019s battery.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe complainant was stranded and needed to charge her phone; so, she approached Fashanu to help her to charge it.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFashanu later beckoned to the complainant from where she was standing to enter into his apartment,\u2019\u2019 she said.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor said that when the lady entered the apartment, the accused forcefully had carnal knowledge of her.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the offence contravened Section 258 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2011.<\/p>\n<p>However, the accused pleaded not guilty to the charge.<\/p>\n<p>The Magistrate, Mr M.L.
