What happened in 2015 where the majority of southerners resident in the north were scared away from their places of residence, where they had registered to their place of origin and therefore could not have the opportunity to vote. That was rigging.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"bc3bp-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"bc3bp-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"bc3bp-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"4fkh0-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"4fkh0-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"4fkh0-0-0\">\u201cAgain some of the southerners who did not run away were afraid to come out and vote on the day of election. So scaring people from coming out to vote for the candidates of their choice is also a form of rigging.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"5jotp-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"5jotp-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"5jotp-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"a41pr-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"a41pr-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"a41pr-0-0\">The elder statesman added that the failure of residents in the north to use the electronic voting system also marred the elections.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alternativeadvert.com\/show.php?z=30&amp;pl=15972&amp;ad_type=59&amp;rl=180\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"9ppip-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"9ppip-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"9ppip-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"fe0t5-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"fe0t5-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"fe0t5-0-0\">Electronic voting was first used in the country during the 2015 general election.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"99g4o-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"99g4o-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"99g4o-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"483mv-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"483mv-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"483mv-0-0\">\u201cWhen the electronic voting was introduced, I was in support of it, but when I observed what happened in the 2015 general election, I changed my mind,\u201d he said.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"c8up0-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"c8up0-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"c8up0-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"4gqt7\" data-offset-key=\"265bj-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"265bj-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"265bj-0-0\">\u201cThis is because it was religiously observed in the southern part of the country, but it was not so religiously observed in the northern part of the country.
