About 2.7 million people will get the payouts, which are due by the end of 2018.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6skf7\" data-offset-key=\"dftq6-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"dftq6-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"dftq6-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6skf7\" data-offset-key=\"q1vs-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"q1vs-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"q1vs-0-0\">Those with an income of S$28,000 or below will be eligible to receive S$300, those whose incomes ranging from S$28,001 to S$100,000 will receive S$200, and those with incomes in excess of S$100,000 will receive S$100.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6skf7\" data-offset-key=\"f78tu-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"f78tu-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"f78tu-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6skf7\" data-offset-key=\"d42ur-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"d42ur-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"d42ur-0-0\">Singapore\u2019s revised budget for fiscal 2017 showed a surplus of S$9.61 billion, thanks to contributions from statutory boards and higher-than-expected stamp duty.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6skf7\" data-offset-key=\"cudvu-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"cudvu-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"cudvu-0-0\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"6skf7\" data-offset-key=\"afq6m-0-0\">\n<div class=\"_1mf _1mj\" data-offset-key=\"afq6m-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"afq6m-0-0\">The surplus will also be used in other ways.
