He is seen carrying a woofer, reportedly returning it to the owner after he had allegedly stolen it. This happened in Kamunyonga village, Karujubu division, Masindi Municipality.<br \/>\nOnlookers hailed the owner of the stolen items, saying it was a learning lesson for other thieves who have been terrorizing residents.
