Eric Omare, insisted\u00a0<span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_556202394\"><span class=\"aQJ\">on Monday<\/span><\/span>\u00a0that the unity and continuous existence of Nigeria is negotiable.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Omare said that the President&#8217;s statement that Nigeria&#8217;s unity is not negotiable was not the solution to the agitations by various ethnic nationalities.<\/div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alternativeadvert.com\/show.php?z=30&amp;pl=14134&amp;ad_type=59&amp;rl=180\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">He said Buhari&#8217;s statement was reminiscent of previous statements by successive leaders , especially military heads of state, without addressing the root causes of peoples\u2019 agitations .<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The IYC leader said , \u201d The solution in the opinion of the IYC is for President Muhammadu Buhari to take practical steps towards addressing the causes of persistent agitations in the country rather than shutting the door of engagement that would lead to the resolution of the agitations .<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201d Mr . President must do away with politicking and rise up to the national challenges as a statesman. We strongly hold the view that threats of brute force would not quell the agitations.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\u201d It is only a sincere and painstaking discussions that would solve the problems .
