{"id":14834,"date":"2017-06-19T20:41:33","date_gmt":"2017-06-19T20:41:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/newsroom247.com.ng\/?p=14834"},"modified":"2017-06-19T20:44:04","modified_gmt":"2017-06-19T20:44:04","slug":"teacher-suffocates-pupil-to-death-for-talking-too-much","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/newsroom247.com.ng\/?p=14834","title":{"rendered":"TEACHER SUFFOCATES PUPIL TO DEATH FOR TALKING TOO MUCH"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><code><script async src=\"\/\/pagead2.googlesyndication.com\/pagead\/js\/adsbygoogle.js\"><\/script><br \/>\n<!-- www.deltanewsroom.com --><br \/>\n<ins class=\"adsbygoogle\" style=\"display: block;\" data-ad-client=\"ca-pub-2163942495525027\" data-ad-slot=\"1411897411\" data-ad-format=\"auto\"><\/ins><br \/>\n<script>\n(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});\n<\/script><\/code><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A nursery school pupil Guo Jintong, suffocated to death after her teacher allegedly taped her mouth shut because she was talking too much during morning exercise.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The incident happened at the Huadian Experimental Kindergarten in north-eastern China\u2019s Jilin Province.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The six-year-old Jintong was pronounced dead by paramedics who arrived about 30 minutes after she had already been reported unconscious.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A witness said she was \u201ctoo chatty\u201d as her class did stretches and aerobic exercises in the morning, so her teacher allegedly sealed her mouth shut.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">She claimed tape and possibly even glue was used to seal her shut and she was \u201csmothered\u201d to death in a few short minutes.<\/div>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.alternativeadvert.com\/show.php?z=30&amp;pl=13521&amp;ad_type=59&amp;rl=180\" width=\"300\" height=\"250\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<div dir=\"auto\">Realising the girl appeared \u201cabnormal\u201d, her teacher brought her to the school nurse who called an ambulance.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The child was taken to hospital, but doctors said they were \u201cunable to bring her back\u201d.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">The nursery school has yet to release a statement about the incident, but government officials have confirmed the case and said they are investigating with local police.<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">A candlelight vigil was held for Jintong by members of the public, and her parents have also been filmed sitting outside the kindergarten\u2019s gate waiting for an answer from the school.
