Paul<br \/>\nBoroh (retd), which reads \u201cAmnesty Office do not<br \/>\npay anymore, it\u2019s Central Bank that pays.\u201d<br \/>\nThe angry ex-militant leaders in a statement by the<br \/>\nBayelsa State chairman, Phase 2 ex-militants, Mr.<br \/>\nStephen Ebisinte, said: \u201cBased on the information<br \/>\nBrig Gen. Boroh sent to us, we have given the CBN<br \/>\nseven-day ultimatum to pay our outstanding three<br \/>\nmonths stipends.
